WW2 Pat 37 Surgical Haversack - Air Ministry 1938

Surgical Haversack, made by MECO 1938. Often mistakenly described as a shell dressing bag. It has different flap, additional dividers inside and the sling is attached to the sides of the haversack. This is unusual as its stamped AM (Air Ministry) but has not been Blanco'd RAF blue/grey.
