WW2 MkII Helmet - Royal Marines 1940
The outside of the shell has a slightly textured tan or buff colour consistent with the Southern Europe theatre of war and has a painted decal attributed to the Royal Marines. The inside of the helmet retains its factory finish and is stamped R EE II 1940. (Note: probably Ruby Owen, stamp partly covered by lug) The lugs are also stamped II 1940. The liner is stamped 7 1/4 VERO II 1940. read more

WW2 Early British Mk.II Helmet - Royal Aritilery
A wonderful example of an early British Mk.II helmet with matching dates. The helmet is stamped JSS 62 1938. The helmet retains most of its factory paint inside, whilst the outside has a classic textured covering. WW2 Mk.II British Helmet - KRRC
A really nice example of a British Mk.II helmet retaining most of its factory paint both inside and outside - a decal for the Kings Royal Rifle Corp has been applied to the front. WW2 Escape Compass - H.M. Naval Forces Tooth Soap
This is a block of unused H.M. Naval Forces tooth powder (Enolin) still in its bakelite container. The tooth soap is unused and still in its cellophane wrapper. Concealed within the underside of the soap is a miniature compass. The cellphone wrapper would have originally had a round paper label sealing the cellophane which would have totally hidden the compass from a cursory inspection. read more
