WW2 Cheroot Disguised Blow Pipe & Darts

On the surface an innocent looking bakelite cheroot and book of matches, however the cheroot has been fitted with a small bore brass pipe. Hidden carefully inside the book of matches are 4 small darts housed within a cotton quiver. I am not exactly sure how this would be used and to what extent such small darts would be effective. However a very cunning disguise.
