WW2 Japanese Rifle Flag & Bring Back Souvenirs

These came in a box that also contained items belonging to an 'unknown vet' (to be listed later). I am presuming these were personal bring back souvenirs. The small cotton flag measures 13" x 11" and is typical of the type attached to an Arisaka rifle (yosegaki hinomaru). A photo postcard shows a Japanese officers proudly standing with his Samurai sword. In addition to the latter is some sort of stamped postcard written in Japanese. Finally there is a small china tea or Saki cup. Great display items.
