1940s French Beer Bottle - Limoges

A 1940s or earlier thick heavy amber glass French beer bottle with ceramic stopper, marked Brasserie Mapataud Limoges. The glass is also embossed with the same name. The bottle measures approx 30cm x 6cm in diameter. Weighs approx 800g. Great condition with no chips. Acquired in France from part of an old French Resistance display.
