WW2 Luftwaffe Combined Pilot Observer Award GWL

A nice example of a Luftwaffe Pilot Observers award by maker Gebruder Wegerhoff of Ludensheid. This highly detailed badge consists of a gold washed laurel and oak leaf wreath with a silver coloured eagled swooping eagle attached by two rivets. The reverse of the eagle is stamped GWL. Constructed with the classic wide barrel hinge, pin with wire hook.
