WW2 1938 Dated ARP First Field Dressing

This is an early unused First Field Dressing dated 1938 and designated for use by the Home Office Air Raid Precautions Department. I am used to seeing ARP Shell Dressings but this is the fires ARP Field Dressing I have come across.
