This is an earlier 1939 dated canvas covered respirator & hose, steel front plate dated 1938. The hose is longer that the standard issue. The canister is dated 1941 as is the canvas haversack. A good example of a stitched panel flag measuring approximately 34 x 72". The flag is grubby but the colours remain strong. Although feint the halyard has several marks including the date 1938 and the cypher for King Haakon VII. read more

WW2 Two Patriotic Norwegian Supporter Stick Pins
Two small patriotic Norwegian supporters stick pins. Both pins carry the cypher for King Haakon IV and appear to be constructed of silver. One has a brown type of enamel and is also hallmarked on the back. These were sometimes worn in public in defiance of their German occupiers and at their own risk. read more

WW2 Norsk Hydro Heavy Water Container with Wooden Case
Originally part of a small collection, an empty Norsk Hydro steel capsule used to transport ampoules containing Heavy Water (Deuterium Oxyd HD20). Until now I have only ever seen a these in museums i.e. the Norwegian Industrial Workers museum and the International Spy Museum in the USA.
