WW2 Times of Malta Newspaper - July 1943

A great example of a Times of Malta newspaper dated Wednesday, July 28, 1943. The top states "For security reasons this copy must not be taken outside of Malta".
Contains interesting new articles of the period. The paper is in pretty good condition for age, however there has been a rip on the top left corner neatly repaired with tape.  read more

WW2 4 x Photos Graphic Photographes Japanese

A set of four original graphic photographs taken in the Pacific Theatre of war. These appear to have been removed from an album and depict various photographs of dead Japanese troops. Some of these appear to show dead Japanese marines after a failed attack one of the Pacific islands, possibly Wake Island? Each photograph measure approx 11 x 9cm.  read more

WW2 Fountain Pen with Concealed Spike

This is an ordinary fountain pen (Mentor) that has a spike concealed within. The spike is three sided, measures approx 6 cm in length and the word England can be clearly bee seen stamped on one side of the blued blade. This would probably have been used by members of the SOE.

WW2 French Commando Beret & Cap Badge - 192

Free French Commando Beret . The beret is in pretty good condition considering its age but has obvious signs of wear with some minor moth damage, named Rennie. The badge is of solid brass construction, and weighs 35g. There are no makers marks. Triangular in shape with the motive 1er Bllon F.M.Commando. The reverse is stamped 097.  read more

WW2 British MkII Helmet with KRRC Decal

A fantastic MkII helmet complete with MkII liner stamped TTC II 1940 size 7 1/4. The shell is stamped next to the chin strap hook but hard to make out due to the paint. The shell has the decal of the KRRC on the front, both shell and liner are in great condition. The decal is also in superb condition.  read more

A Dutch Forces three bladed folding pocket knife or multi-tool. These were made by the manufacturer Apeldoorn Messen Fabriek based. The handle is marked KL for Koninklijke Landmacht (Royal Land Forces of the Dutch Army). Nice functional knife.
