A 1940s home front box of vaseline petroleum jelly (Chesebrough-Ponds England). Originally containing 30 dozen tins, this box still has 30 full tins remaining. This would make a great addition to any home front shop display. read more

This is an early unused First Field Dressing dated 1938 and designated for use by the Home Office Air Raid Precautions Department. I am used to seeing ARP Shell Dressings but this is the fires ARP Field Dressing I have come across. read more

WW2 Luftwaffe Pilot Combined Observer Award Juncker Boxed
A great example of the Luftwaffe Combined Pilot Observer award. Constructed of gilded and silvered zinc. The front of the badge depicts a gold laurel and oak leaf wreath overlaid with swooping eagle. The eagle is fastened by two rivets and stamped C.E Juncker Berlin SW68. Fitted with barrel hing and flat wire hook. read more

A nice early example of the1937 RAF Pocket Book. reprinted in 1939. I have owned a few of these and this one is by far in the best condition. The book provides pilots with a wealth of information with over 300 pages complete with diagrams and illustrations. read more
WW2 The Daily Telegraph 16-10-1941 - Paddy Finucane Awarded D.F.C.
A six page 'full scap' Daily Telegraph dated 16-10-1941. Includes photo and article on the D.F.C award to Irish born fighter ace Flt Lt Paddy Finucane.
In June 1942, Finucane became the RAF's youngest Wing Commander in its history at the age of 21. Sadly on 15 July 1942 his Spitfire ditched in the English Channel after receiving ground fire over France - he was never recovered read more

WW2 British MkII Helmet - Blue AFS Decal
I good addition to any collection, a MkII No.2C grey helmet by manufacturer Joseph Sankey & Sons - the helmet lugs have been fitted over the last two digits of the date stamp. The helmet is fitted with a MkII liner stamped TTC (Teddy Toy Co) 1940 - size 71/4. Inside 100% of its grey paint remains, whilst the majority of the paint remains to the outside but has obvious signs of use. The origina... read more
