A black tankers beret made by Kangol and WD stamped and dated 1945 size 7 1/8. The beret is in great condition for age with no moth damage and the leather trim is supple and in good condition. This is a complete unused tin of purification tablets used to treat and purify water for drinking. Would form part of RAF survival kit but also issued to the British Army and also formed part of the kit issued to the troops for the invasion of Normandy. I have owned a few of these kits but not complete and in such good condition. read more
